June Favorites | Beauty & Fashion

July 6, 2016

Hi Lovelies! I thought I would try out something new, so today’s post is all about my favorite things from the month of June. The list includes items that I reach for on a daily basis and truly cannot get enough of. They’re not necessarily new but are to me because sometimes I just can’t keep up. Feel me?? Let’s get to it…

Elcie Glow Enhancer

This stuff is amazing! It’s a dry oil that can be used on all skin types and just gives your skin the most beautiful, natural glow without leaving your skin looking oily or greasy. Perfect as a glowy base before foundation or you can mix it with your foundation for a more luminous finish. (A full review coming soon;)), $48

Smashbox Bronze Lights Warm Bronzer

I have light to medium skin tone so a lot of bronzers are too orange for me. But this neutral bronzer beautifully warms up my complexion. And it’s matte which is perfect for me because I have acne scars along hollows of my cheeks., $34 (Also available in a darker shade for deeper complexions)

Ouai Wave Spray

Now that it’s Summer and my hair is longer, I love to wear my hair au naturale and this wave spray has seriously become my best friend. Imagine how your hair looks after a day at the beach but with conditioner! It enhances my natural waves, but also tames them…gives me volume, and smells like a dream.Jen Atkin, you’ve got a customer for life!, $26

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette

It’s not hype people, this palette is everything. Anastasia and Claudia, her daughter who creates all the non-brow products, just know what they are doing. The unique neutral and berry colors are so romantic and can create many versatile day and night looks. I have all the other palettes, but I feel like the formula is even better than its predecessors. The shadows are buttery, very pigmented and easy to blend., $42

YSL Rouge Volupte Shine Lipstick in ‘Nude Private’ (09)

I keep reaching for this lippie. It is the perfect flesh tone nude for Summer because it’s lightweight, shiny, yet sheer. It looks dark in the tube, but I promise the shade is quite soft. And if you like doing an overall bronzed look, this shade is the perfect compliment. I know it’s pricey, but sometimes you need to treat yourself!, $37

Wet N Wild Color Icon Blush ‘Apri-Cot In The Middle’

Wet N Wild is stepping up their game big time. I’m blown away by the pigmentation of the Color Icon blushes (as well as their new highlighters!). I love this entire collection, but this shade in particular, is so nice for Summer., $2.99

Japonesque Kumadori Contour & Highlighting Brush

Everyone needs this brush! Use it for blush, to set your concealer, to contour, or however you like. They’re soft and fluffy, and feel so plush on the skin., $19

YHF Los Angeles ‘Cashton Black’

June-favorites-yhflosangeles-cashtonI’ve been obsessed with round lenses, and I love these in particular because of the gold brim and semi black frame. And they look so much more expensive than they are!, $45

GUM by Gianni Chiarini Crossbody ‘Olive Camo’

Meet my new everyday bag that is made out of gum, believe it or not! So durable, you can literally abuse it. You can remove the strap and carry it as a wristlet or clutch. You can also customize the straps and charms, adding another unique touch. And they have other cute styles…definitely worth checking out!, $79

H&M Embroidered Shorts

Easy, breezy high-waisted summer shorts! Love the eyelet and scallop details…looks like you have flower petals around your legs. And they’re so versatile…so far I’ve worn the black ones with a crop top and a long Summer knit. The white ones are a little see-through so I’d save them for the pool., $12.99 (on sale) They’re sold out online in black, but I know that they are still available in stores.

Do you have any of the items that I mentioned? Please share with me what some of your current favs and reccomendations so I can try the out too! xo Sarah
