Happy Monday my darlings!
I wanted to share my favorite beauty products from September because it was one of those months where I was really impressed by so many. These are all products that I have used the entire month and could not stop using. I also included a little fashion because I just had too ;). Please let me know if you enjoy these types of post. I love to hear from you guys…I do this for you, so please don’t hesitate. xo Sarah
Sigma Individual Eye Shadow in ‘Topaz’ and ‘Cafe Au Lait’, $7.70 (on sale from $11)
Color payoff, blendability – check check! But other than the great formula, the combo of these two shades makes the most perfect Fall smokey eye. I’m hoping to film a tutorial this week to show you just how simple and pretty it is, fingers crossed!
Murad Essential-C Day Moisture Broad Spectrum SPF 3- PA ++, $60
This stuff is amazing. If you’re a lazy, low maintenance girl like me, you will love this moisturizer. It is so hydrating and creates the perfect base for makeup. The texture is not like most thick SPF moisturizers. I know it’s pricey, but a little goes a long way.
Smashbox Photo Finish More Than Primer – Blemish Control, $42
My skin has definitely had less breakouts since I started using this primer. It does a great job of hydrating your skin even though it’s an oil-free formula (Paraben, Sulfate, and Phthalates free), and creates a smooth surface for makeup application. With 2% salicylic acid, it also combats breakouts – sold!
elf Cosmetics Contouring Brush, $6
I love this brush because I can sculpt and blend with this one brush alone. I used when applying my contour powder in the picture above. You can see that it’s given me definition without any harsh lines.
Wet n Wild Max Fanatic Cat Eye Mascara, $6.80
Because of the name, I had to try it out. Ever since then, I keep grabbing for it because it does so much so quickly. The wand has two different sides: the rounded side adds volume, while the ‘fan brush side’ easily coats your inner and outer corner because of its shape, as well as separates and extends the lashes. The fan brush also prevents clumping and allows you to easily separate your lashes after adding a few coats. For the price, I think it’s definitely worth a try!
Dose of Colors Eyedeal Duo in ‘Shell’ $25
This product is a loose powder and a primer, which can be worn separately or together for more color payoff. I love this because the primer gives your eyelid a subtle wet look (very runway-esque), while the loose pigment on top gives that ideal amount of shimmer. I can’t wait to try out the other colors.

RCMA Translucent Powder, $12
I love this setting powder. It’s more of a dupe for Laura Mercier Translucent Powder than the RCMA No Color Powder. And you get 3 oz. for only $12! (Review coming soon.)
Wet n Wild Protest Naked Matte Lip Color in ‘Berry Tales’, $3.49
This color has been my go-to everyday lipstick. It’s the perfect pink-nude, and adds just enough color to your lips. And the formula isn’t drying at all. I also love that it’s a retractable jumbo pencil so you don’t need to worry about having the right size sharpener.
H&M Velvet Cap, $12.99
I love velvet and especially in navy so this was a no brainer.
High Heel Velvet Ankle Boots, $69.90
Also, a no brainer. The zipper detail, bow, block heel, color combo, and material had me at hello. And they’re comfortable!
