Splurge or Save: Spring 2016 Handbag Trends

February 16, 2016

Ever since I was a little girl, I had an infatuation with handbags and shoes. I remember playing with my grandma’s vintage bags and imagining what my collection would be like in the future. Now that I have amassed a pretty little collection of my own, I kind of wish I was smarter with some of the splurges. And if you know anything about me, I love a deal! With that said, I definitely think that women should treat themselves to one luxury bag a year, but something that will be timeless and classic. Otherwise, save your money for shoes and buy more affordable pieces that don’t lack in quality!

From the Spring/Summer 2016 runways we learned that structured bags, saddle bags, metal chains, and fringe details, to name a few, are here to stay, but with a new twist. I’ve chosen nine popular handbags and given you an affordable option for each. Whether you want to add to your designer collection or prefer a more budget-friendly option, you’re sure to find a piece you love.

Happy shopping! xo Sarah
