By now, I’m sure you know that I’m all about form and function. Comfort will always win with me and be the deciding factor on whether I’ll purchase an item. I prefer to invest in pieces that not only look good but also make me feel good. No matter how much I love something, if it’s not comfortable, I’m not wearing it – especially when it comes to shoes! Living in Los Angeles I mostly commute by car, but I do still walk quite a bit (trying to reach 10,000 steps a day okay!). Let’s be real, even if I were sitting all day, an uncomfortable shoe will make its presence known.

Recently, I was introduced to the Kenneth Cole Riley, a series of shoes designed to take the modern woman from the desk to dinner in both comfort + style. In total honesty, I was skeptical that I would be able to wear them all day. As cheesy as it sounds, it feels like magic, but there are a few innovative reasons why:
- Soft leather lining: cradles the foot for comfortable contact all day
- Memory foam pads: cushion key pressure points in the ball + heel of the foot
- High-density foam: distributes weight for added cushioning
- Reactive outsole: delivers sneaker-like flexibility + stabilizes the foot

They offer this technology in a variety of different styles to fit your aesthetic (check them out here: KennethCole.com). Another favorite of mine is the
